Bethsaida
The hometown of Peter, Andrew, and Philip, a village on the north shore of the Sea of Galilee. Its exact location is still debated between the inland tell of et-Tell and el-Araj, closer to the lakeshore.

OpenBible presents et-Tell as the leading candidate at 50% probability, but recent excavations at el-Araj (Roman-era ruins including mosaics and a bathhouse) have kept the debate between the two candidates alive, so it is marked 'disputed.'
