Bozrah (Edom)
Believed to be the capital of the kingdom of Edom, cited repeatedly by Isaiah, Jeremiah, and Amos as a symbol of judgment on Edom. Distinct from the city of the same name in Syria; identified with the village of Busaira in southern Jordan.
