The city where Paul healed a man lame from birth and the crowd mistook him for a god; he was later stoned nearly to death here, and it was Timothy's hometown.

Based on an inscription related to Zeus and Hermes discovered in 1885, an unexcavated site near Hatunsaray is the leading identification; the two sources' coordinates agree.
